【越南】Day 5: See Sunrise at White Sand Dunes(看日出在白沙丘) > Lotus Lake > Fish Village(小渔村)> Breakfast at Huan KY

As normal, we woke up early morning at about 4:30am while it was still super cold and dark. Our private van picked us up and drove us to White Sand Dunes to see sunrise and Lotus Lake. It took about 50 minutes to reach there. After the van reached sand dunes, we walked together with Mr. Tran Law to sand dunes with barefoot. You could feel the very fine sand with your barefoot which it's hard to explain the feeling. We felt excited and waited for the sun to rise but in the end, the sky was cloudy. Unfortunately, we could not see the sunrise.

We walked up to White Sand Dunes in early morning at about 5:30am (Vietnam Time).

You can use quad bike to go around White Sand Dunes because the area is too big.

You can see quad bikes everywhere at the dunes.

Note: Remember to wear a jacket if you are going to see sunrise because it is really chilly and cold in the morning!

Our tour continued with visiting Mui Ne Fishing Village, at the north end of Mui Ne bay, is about 7km north of Mui Ne Town. We reached at fishing harbor where we can purchase fresh seafood, shellfish etc. on the spot from local vendors. After that, we stopped at the local restaurant for our breakfast.

We arrived at Mui Ne Fishing Village quit early in the morning after finished our tour at White Sand Dunes. Not so much of colorful fishing boats mooring on the water as maybe it was raining season.

Fishermen were busy with their stuffs.

 Fishing Harbor

Fishermen just came back from sea.

Fishermen brought the bucket of fish to Fishing Harbor for sold.

Two big bucket of FRESH fish!

Local vendors or buyers came to buy fresh seafood and fish.

The best time to visit Mui Ne Fishing Village is in early morning or in late afternoon. You can travel to Mui Ne Fishing Village by car, by motorbike or by bicycle. A leisurely cycling trip in Mui Ne is interesting and can be combined with a visit to the fish sauce village and the Mui Ne Sand Dunes.

After that, we went to Huan KY for breakfast. Vietnam's wantan mee not bad too and serve with local vegetable and herbs together with super duper concentrate coffee with milk.
Huan Ky

Wantan mee stall. They called wantan mee as Hoanh Thanh Mi.

 Vietnam's wantan mee.

Squeeze the lime into wantan mee & additional add-on, chilli.

Local vegetables and herbs. Eat it together with wantan mee. If you don't like local vegetables or hebs, don't try it as it may spoil your taste!

Can you drink "gaogao" coffee like this!
This is Vietnam people practice when they drink the coffee. No more add water, they just drink like this!
